Privacy Policy
Enovet Media Private Limited (“Enovet Media”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect on this website, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have.
It is published under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free ad audit, call us or message us, we may collect:
- your name and mobile number;
- your email address, business name, business type and city;
- your monthly ad budget and any message you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Ad and campaign details — the ad, campaign or link that brought you here (for example UTM tags, Google click ID and Facebook click ID) and the page you submitted the form on.
- Technical details — your IP address, browser and device type, used for security and to stop spam.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used for analytics and advertising; you can opt out at any time. See our Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for passwords, bank or card details, Aadhaar, PAN or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not send such details in the form.
2. Why we use it
- to call, WhatsApp or email you about the audit or service you asked for;
- to prepare your free ad audit and share proposals;
- to keep a record of your enquiry and follow up on it;
- to measure which of our own ads work, and show our ads to people likely to be interested (only with your cookie consent);
- to protect this website from spam, fraud and misuse;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form or accept cookies, and for legitimate uses permitted by law. We will only contact you about our own services. You can ask us to stop at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with:
- Our team — staff who handle enquiries, on a need-to-know basis;
- Service providers who help us run this website — web hosting, email delivery and, with your consent, advertising and analytics tools such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and Microsoft (Clarity, Advertising). These providers process data under their own privacy policies;
- Authorities — when required by law, a court order or to protect our rights.
Some of these providers may store data on servers outside India. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up — normally up to 3 years from your last contact with us — and longer only where the law requires (for example, invoices for clients). After that we delete or anonymise it.
5. How we protect it
We use reasonable security practices, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, password-protected admin access limited to authorised staff, and protected storage. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach occurs.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, or stop contacting you;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier (this does not affect what we did before you withdrew it);
- nominate another person to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
Email info@enovetmedia.com from the email address or mobile number you gave us. We reply within 30 days. To stop cookies, use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of our website.
